Terms of service

The service

Home Glow Spa provides massage and facials at your address in Dubai. These are wellness services. They are not a substitute for advice from your doctor, and nothing on this site should be read that way.

Bookings

Bookings are made on WhatsApp or by phone, and are confirmed only once we reply with availability. Please mention any injuries or health conditions when booking so we can decline anything unsafe rather than discover it at your door.

Prices and payment

The prices published on this site are the full and final prices. For single sessions, payment is cash after your session, with no deposit to book. Card and online payment will be announced when they arrive. Wellness plans (pre-paid session bundles) and gift vouchers are paid in cash, in full, on your first visit; they are valid for 6 months from the purchase date, are non-refundable once redeemed, and any unused sessions or voucher balance expire at the end of that period. Vouchers and plan sessions are transferable to another person and can be redeemed against any massage or facial we offer.

Conduct

Every session is strictly professional, in both directions. Inappropriate behaviour of any kind ends the session immediately.

Changes and cancellations

Need to move a booking? Send a WhatsApp message and we will reschedule to a time that works for everyone.

The fine print
